GRANT DEADLINES
Due to the increased number of both applications and special initiatives the Kirkpatrick Family Fund has decided to make changes to our grant deadlines effective in 2012. Small and Matching Grants will now be on a “rolling deadline” while Large and General Operating Support Grants will be accepted on March 1 and September 1. There is no longer a June 1 deadline.
Note: September 1 is a Saturday in 2012, and September 3 is Labor Day so the deadline will fall on the next business day which is September 4.

ROLLING DEADLINE
Project Support Small Grants ($10,000 or less) and Matching Grants will have no set deadline. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis and held for consideration at a scheduled quarterly Grants Committee meeting. Grant requests in these categories received in the same month of the trustee meeting may not be considered until the subsequent quarterly meeting, however, every effort will be made to process grant applications that are received after the cut-off date in a timely fashion. This will be based on the staff’s ability to process the application within the timeframe of the various meeting schedules.
