HOW TO APPLY
The Kirkpatrick Family Fund accepts grant applications through an online process. You must contact the Kirkpatrick Family Fund via email to request access to an application form and password. A member of the staff will call to discuss your proposal. When you prepare your email request be sure to include all of the following information in your message:
- Name of organization
- Contact person (someone available weekdays during regular business hours)
- Daytime phone number of contact person
- Grant category your organization is considering
- Deadline date you would like to make the submission
All organizations wishing to apply to the Kirkpatrick Family Fund must have Board approval prior to submission.
Organizations that are approved to submit a request are required to include several attachments with their online application. These may include:
- A Brief Narrative
- IRS Determination Letter documenting the organization’s 501(c)(3) status
- Board of Directors List for the current year
- Project budget (if applicable)
- Organization budget(s)
- Financial Statements
- Annual Audit
Effective January 1, 2013 a complete GiveSmartOKC profile may satisfy the requirement for most of these items. Please see our FAQ for more information.
