The Kirkpatrick Family Fund is very honored and humbled to be part of a major gift of $2 million to the Oklahoma City Ballet, alongside the Kirkpatrick Foundation and the Christian Keesee Charitable Trust. This partnership will support the professional company, the school, the new building, and an endowment at the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. The school will be renamed the Yvonne Chouteau School of Ballet and the top administrative executive position will be endowed and named the John Kirkpatrick Executive Director of the Oklahoma City Ballet – Chouteau and Kirkpatrick founded the Oklahoma City Ballet together in 1972. ... The Kirkpatrick Family Fund applauds the efforts of the Putnam Heights Preservation Area on building a sustainable source of revenue through Charitable Organization Endowments, supported by the Kirkpatrick Family Fund and the Oklahoma City Community Foundation. Recent park beatifications were made by the addition of 17 new trees and 24 crape myrtles for 4 acres of public park space in the neighborhood.
